“Harmonic Space” is a CD which was created for clinical purposes. It uses music and a 25 minute relaxation procedure to teach skills which may be used to reduce feelings of anxiety and to promote sleep. The relaxation procedures are grounded in many different disciplines from traditional, “progressive relaxation” techniques to Buddhist based “mindfulness” techniques. Music for this CD includes several songs off of the “Transformations” CD. The songs were chosen specifically for their psychological effects within the relaxation paradigm.

As with “Transformations”, the songs are a product of many musicians including David c Deal (production, composition, keyboards, acoustic guitar), Les Brooke (bass), Cynthia Lugo (vocals), Andrea Bok (flute), Tim Vargo (lead guitar), Andrew Vargo (drums) and Tom Hannah (lead guitar).
